Food options are good but the app is atrocious. A lot of the offer banners are not clickable. Clicking on the item returns an error, which says it's a fault on my side. Adding items to the cart shows up on the little cart icon, but clicking on the cart to place the order shows empty cart. So on an so forth. It's a surprise the app has survived so long with the worst UX I have encountered.

I am astonished as to how this app is working. I bought Eatsure Gold, and then it disappeared 4 months before before it expired. The live tracking is not even visible unless the app sends a notification, then I'm able to view it, but if I press back, it's lost forever. I ordered today, and now I have -9000 sure points. And my order was still in the cart. I asked customer support, they ask me to send screenshots. Apparently the attach button doesn't work either. I could go on but ran out of space
